Order Issues If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, email me with your order details and a photo and I'll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available. Rates are shown at checkout, and delivery estimates vary by destination. See the shipping guide for details, including possible import charges.

How long does it take?

Production time and delivery time are separate. Check the product listing and shipping guide for estimates. For custom work or a fixed deadline, contact me before ordering so I can confirm availability.

Can you make something custom?

Often yes! Email me at JonathanM@berrybrocreations.com with your idea. I'll let you know if it's doable and give you a quote. Favourites are characters, logos, and fan art pieces.

What if something arrives broken?

That's on me. Email me with your order number and a photo of the damage, and I'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Simple as that.
