Every order is made or quality-checked by hand before it ships. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Below are typical estimates.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside Canada), your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer's responsibility.

• I mark all packages accurately as "merchandise" — I cannot mark orders as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
• US buyers: most orders under $800 USD clear customs duty-free under the de minimis threshold.
• UK/EU buyers: VAT may apply depending on the order value.
• If your package is held at customs and you choose not to pay the duties, the package will be returned and shipping costs are non-refundable.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

Because everything is handmade to order, I don't accept returns for "change of mind." But I genuinely care that you're happy with your order — if something arrives damaged or not as described, I'll make it right.

• Damaged on arrival: Send me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement or issue a refund. No need to return the damaged item.
• Wrong item received: My mistake — I'll ship the correct item at no charge.
• Item not as described: Reach out within 14 days and we'll work something out.
• Custom orders: Non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Change of mind: Unfortunately I can't accept returns for this — each piece is made to order and I'm a one-person shop.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Packages are occasionally delayed — especially during peak seasons (November–January) or due to customs. Here's how I handle it:

• Canada: If your tracked package hasn't moved in 14 business days, contact me and I'll open an inquiry with Canada Post.
• USA: Allow up to 21 business days before considering a package lost.
• International: Allow up to 40 business days — international packages can take longer especially with customs delays.
• If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, I'll reship or refund. I can't control postal services once a package leaves my hands, but I'll do everything I can to help.
