FAQ & Help

Everything you need to know before you order from BerryBroCreations — handmade 3D printed gifts, designed and printed by hand in Canada by Jon. Don't see your question? Get in touch and Jon will personally reply.

Are these really handmade and 3D printed?

Yes. Every item is designed, 3D printed, finished, and packed by hand by Jon in his workshop in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. There's no dropshipping, no factory orders, and no third-party suppliers — if it's on the site, it came from Jon's printer.

How long until my order ships?

Almost everything is made to order, which means your piece is printed after you order it. Most orders are printed and on their way within 2 to 5 business days. You'll get a confirmation when it ships. Need something by a specific date? Email JonathanM@berrybrocreations.com and Jon will let you know what's possible.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

BerryBroCreations ships worldwide from Ontario, Canada. Within Canada, shipping runs $12–$28 CAD depending on size, and orders over $85 CAD ship free. Shipping to the USA is $18–$55 CAD depending on size. International orders are a $39 CAD flat rate to over 150 countries. Your exact shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

After your item ships, typical transit times are 3–7 business days within Canada, 7–14 business days to the USA, and 14–21 business days internationally. Add the 2–5 day make-to-order time on top, since each piece is printed after you order.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes — custom work is one of Jon's favourite things to make. If you have a specific character, colour, name, or idea in mind, email JonathanM@berrybrocreations.com or use the contact page. Jon will tell you if it's doable and what it would cost.

What are the items made of, and are they durable?

Pieces are 3D printed in PLA, a sturdy, high-quality plastic. They're built to last as display items, coasters, holders, and decor. To keep them looking their best, wipe clean with a damp cloth and avoid leaving them in a hot car or in prolonged direct sunlight, since PLA can soften at high heat.

What is HueForge?

HueForge is a 3D printing technique that builds an image out of layered filament at different depths, so the colour and shading come from the plastic itself rather than ink or paint. The result has real depth and dimension — closer to sculpture than a flat print. Jon uses it for the anime and nature wall-art pieces you'll find in the HueForge collection.

What if my order arrives damaged or isn't right?

Just reply to your order email or contact JonathanM@berrybrocreations.com. Jon is one person who stands behind everything he makes — if something arrives damaged or isn't right, he'll sort it out, no hassle.

What's your return policy?

Because most items are made to order (and custom pieces are printed specifically for you), they aren't returned like mass-produced goods. But your satisfaction matters: if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, reach out and Jon will make it right with a replacement or refund.

How do I pay, and is checkout secure?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on the site. Have a promo code? Enter it in the "Add promotion code" field on the checkout page.

Can I get a discount?

Yes — join the email list using the sign-up pop-up on the site and Jon will send you a discount code for your first order, plus first look at new pieces and restocks.
