BerryBroCreations ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email, shipping address, and the items you order. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe) and are never seen or stored by us.
• Email sign-ups — if you join our list, we store your email address (and name, if provided) to send updates and offers.
• Usage data — basic, anonymous analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type) to help us improve it.

How we use it

• To process, make, and ship your orders and provide customer support.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To send marketing emails only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To understand and improve our website and products.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers we need to run the shop: Stripe (payment processing), MailerLite (email), Netlify (website hosting), Canada Post and other carriers (shipping), and analytics providers. Each handles your data under their own privacy terms.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (like remembering your cart) and anonymous analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time — just email JonathanM@berrybrocreations.com.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order with BerryBroCreations, you agree to these terms.

• Made to order. Almost every item is 3D printed by hand after you order it. Typical production time is 2–5 business days before your order ships.
• Prices & currency. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and size.
• Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or, in rare cases (such as an obvious pricing error or an item we can't fulfil), decline and fully refund it.
• Custom orders. Personalized or custom pieces are made specifically for you. Once production has begun, custom orders are non-refundable except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed.
• Shipping & delivery. Delivery time estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as transit is handled by third-party carriers. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of your order.

Returns & Refunds

Because our items are handmade to order, they are not returnable simply for a change of mind. However, your satisfaction matters:

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Custom and personalized items can only be refunded if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed.

Product & Liability Disclaimer

Our products are handmade decorative and novelty items, 3D printed from PLA plastic. Please read and follow this guidance so your piece stays safe and lasts.

All products

• PLA plastic can soften or warp at high temperatures. Keep items out of hot vehicles, away from ovens, stovetops, and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Items are decorative unless a specific functional use is stated. Coasters, holders, and similar pieces are intended for light household use.
• Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Keep items away from young children and pets unless the listing states they are child-safe, and always supervise use.

Lighting, LED & electrical items

• Use only the power supply, cable, or batteries provided or specified. Do not modify the wiring or electronics.
• Keep electrical items away from water, moisture, and flammable materials. Indoor use only.
• Do not leave lit items unattended for long periods, and unplug before cleaning. Cleaning: wipe the plastic with a dry or slightly damp cloth only.
• If a light flickers, overheats, smells unusual, or shows any damage to the cable or components, stop using it immediately and contact us.

Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

You are responsible for using our products safely and as intended. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BerryBroCreations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual Property

The BerryBroCreations name, logo, website content, photographs, and original designs are the property of BerryBroCreations and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Some pieces are inspired by popular characters and themes and are offered as handmade fan tributes. BerryBroCreations is an independent maker and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or sponsored by any brand, studio, franchise, or rights holder referenced on this site. All third-party names, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
