Start with a description, sketch or reference. Explain what it needs to do and where it needs to fit. I’ll confirm whether the design is feasible and agree the scope, price and timeline with you.

What to send with your request
- A model-file link, sketch or clear description.
- Finished width × depth × height, with units, and the quantity.
- Colour preferences and what the finished print will be used for.
- Your budget, date needed, and pickup or delivery city.
Only share a model you are comfortable sending and have permission to reproduce. For confidential files, contact Jon first to arrange a suitable transfer. The quote form does not upload or automatically download your model.
Price and timing are project-specific
Model complexity, size, material, quantity and design work affect a quote. There is no fixed custom-print price or guaranteed turnaround listed here. Tell me about a hard deadline before ordering.
Production time and carrier delivery are separate. For a custom order, the delivery and pickup plan is confirmed with your quote; ready-made shop shipping estimates are not a custom-project completion promise.

There are no separate shops in those cities. Shipping is available for customers elsewhere; confirm the cost and timing for your project with the quote.

Can you print a 3D model file I already have?
Yes, I accept customer model-file printing requests. Send a link and the size, quantity and intended use. File compatibility and feasibility are reviewed before I confirm the order.
Can you create a new design from my idea?
Yes, custom design requests are welcome. Send a sketch or description and any fit requirements. The scope, design work, printability, price and timing need to be agreed before the project goes ahead.
Which materials and print sizes are available?
Tell me what your project needs, including its use and dimensions. I’ll confirm the suitable material and printable size for that request. This page does not promise resin, metal printing, certified technical parts or a particular maximum build size.
How much does a custom print cost?
Custom projects are individually quoted. Size, complexity, material, quantity and design work can change the price. A catalogue item’s price is not automatically the price of a modified version.
Can I collect my order in Whitby?
Pickup is available by appointment after the order and readiness are confirmed. There is no walk-in shop or same-day collection guarantee. Do not travel until your appointment has been arranged.
